Casa Mancho
This bungalow was built and completed in 2011 using Forticrete’s Shearstone™ walling and finished with cast stone cills, wood effect uPVC windows and doors and extensive paths and patios externally.
Energy efficiency was a priority on the build and the inclusion of a wood burning stove, evacuated tubes for solar heating and photovoltaic panels all combined to give an A-rating on the energy performance certificate (or EPC).
