Major refurbishment of this holiday home was carried out in two phases, split up to enable works to progress in winter months and minimise disruption to rental income.

The external facades were altered with the addition of a balcony, roof overhangs, along with new painted timber windows and doors and complete redecoration of the render.

The internal modifications were designed to give a much more useable space, with a large new opening to form the kitchen/dining area, new openings for folding sliding doors onto the terrace and reconfiguration of the first floor bedrooms and bathrooms.
