This was a private development of three new build homes, each with its own detached
work unit. Each house has three bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate en-suite shower
room.
The internal finishes here included kitchens, sanitary ware to the bathrooms, ensuites
and Wcs, ceramic tiling, carpets and full decoration throughout. Each house was also
fitted with solar hot water panels to improve the energy performance rating.
Due to its proximity to the River Yeo, the project also required the implementation
of SUDS - a Sustainable Urban Drainage System.
Finished externally with k-rend, brick paving to the driveways, fencing and other
soft landscaping, the development was completed ready for buyers to move in.
