Brooklands

Designed by Richard Curtis, this dormer bungalow and accompanying garage was constructed using Forticrete’s Shearstone™ reconstructed walling with cast stone window heads and cills.

Internal finishes included everything from a bespoke oak staircase, extensive ceramic tiling and sanitary ware to new bathrooms, en-suites and WC.

Externally, the property was finished with large areas of natural stone paving and a new tarmac drive.
